the atm said: the case was received on oct 21, 2001, is this date the ND? or it\'s RD?

The date on the avm is ND (notice date), RD is the date when the service center receives your application (it\'s specified in the receipt notice sent to your lawyer). ND is the date when INS enters your information into their system.

Based on the postings,I am hoping all Oct NDs get cleared in 2001 so that we can have a great New Years party!!!
