NSC : Oct-Nov-Dec: EAD/AP First time Filers

HI all
My wife applied 485/EAD/AP on Oct 12 04
RD Oct 18
received a message online for EAD "approved on Dec 22 04"
and received this message for AP

"on December 23, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

does this message mean an approval or something els, i have no clue. If you guys have any clues/experiences please share???

Even we received the same message. I haven't received the physical EAD/AP yet. But i guess the message means "It's been approved and documents have been sent".
 
ap approved for me but not for my wife

Hi,
Both of our ead's got approved and my ap approved on the following day
but no lud change or approval for my wife's AP. i wonder why?

did u already receive the documents which had the lud as "document we made based on the approval................"
was that an approval?/
 
I received 4 e-mails about EAD approval on 12/28 for self & spouse.
LUD on I-765 changed on 12/23, 12/27, 12/28 (approved) & 12/29. Hopefully, we'll get the cards next week.

Does the EAD good for one year or more than that?
I heard EAD for I-485 pending has longer period, do not know whther it is ture?

EAD Approved

My Ead is approved through NSC. Got and email yesterday (Jan 12th). RN/ND NOV 2nd.
 
NSC EAD/AP address and Q,s regarding filling the applications

Hi Guys,
My EAD and AP expires in May and planning to apply now. Can some give the address where I need to send out my application. Mine is employment based i.e C09

I am working on H1 and my passport visa is expired.
My wife has an valid H4 and with expired Visa in passport.She is retuning from India next week and using AP at POE. She never used her EAD.

Question regarding the AP form.
In Part 1. and item 3. Class of admission. What should I fill out here myself and my wife.

Question regarding the EAD form.
Item 14. Manner of last entry.
Myself would be on H1
For spouse would be Advance Parole????

Item 15. Current Immigration status
Myself would be H1
For my spouse whether it would be H4 or Adjust of status EAD etc ????

I would appreciate if gurus out there clarify my questions.

My EAD was approved on 01/27. Can someone please tell to where the cards will be mailed? I mean to the attorney or to the person?
