NSC Nov RD/ND cases

Could you please tell me if you applied through an attorney ? And what was the statement in the letter from your employer, you submitted with the application?

This discussion thread seems to be silent.
Looks like there has been atleast 1 approval from NSC for N/D in November.
 
CP ->Consular Processing , AOS is adjustment of status

These two ways the final process of GC can be done.
For CP you have to go to the consulate of your home country (faster)
For AOS can be done while you are in USA.(slower)
There are host of considerations for choosing the suitable one.
