NSC new processing date !!!

As I am July1 2000, so I did call NSC just now. A man asked me when I did my code 1? I answered: Nove.16, 05. He told me that INS would like to have two months to handle my case. You will have a decision within those two months. If you could not get any news on Jan.15, 2006. Please call us again. Till now your case is fine.

Cody, I did last month but no reply yet. But for finger print(different E-mail address) I did & they replied me back saying they processed that on the same day I had my prints taken & send reports to USCIS.

I sent an e-mail to FBI name checking progress on Dec.1, too. No reply. Do you think they will reply us? or Has anybody got their reply? Please share experience with us.

I am new to the forum, but I am following it for months. I don't think FBI will respond to the name checking since I have read the other posts( Citizenship forum on this site:they + i485 applicants undergo name check, some are stuck for years) they stopped replying emails inquiring the name check. In addition, the INS person confirmed it. Personally, I sent e-mail about 3 months ago- no respond. But we must keep trying.

From I read about the name check, you may contact INS to ask if your name check is pending. If you have luck, you may talk to a helpful repr., so he will let you know.
Just check the Name Check posts, guys!There some pretty neat "tricks" how to deal with it.

Itsanis, I really don't like the idea to call USCIS. The reason is them people don't even know nothing but they will rather confuse you saying something very weird or things in that nature. So this is my personal opinion if you have any question in your mind you rather place that in this forum instead of asking those people who has no idea what's so ever.

Cody, I haven't heard any single person in this forum who received any reply regarding their name check issue from FBI. But lots got reply about their finger prints. I have a feeling FBI don't reply for name check details.

Thanks Cody. I sure appreciate it. Yes bro yours is also any moment. We both finished all requirements as USCIS could possibly ask for. I'm pretty sure we'll be getting our approval mail very soon.
