NSC ND 01/00 -04/00 cases

I have seen cases being approved left and right for the last three weeks. Even saw an ND 05/00 getting it. So I am getting anxious here. Please post if you are in the same boat: ND 01/00 -04/00. (I know, I know, there are even more unlucky people with ND 99).

My detail: PD 09/98. EB2. China. 485 RD 03/15/00, ND 03/29/00, first FP 01/11/01(rejected), second FP 02/10/01. Company merged at some point. I140 Amended submitted with yellow form in Jan, 01.

Guys, all of you are VERY close to approval.
Just a matter of a few days, or maybe
the approval is already on the way. My case is
almost identical to you guys, and was
approved on 4/2. Hang on and best

Reached an IIO after 30 minutes on hold. She was polite but not cordial, which works for me. However, she told me that my case was not even with an officer yet. IIO\'s credibility issue aside, I still wonder why is that.
