NSC lost my file

I thought I put a reply 2 days ago... anyway, here's an update:

I don't know if it's a good idea to submit documents by myself without being asked for. I am not sure if they will reach the proper place and don't add a confusion. It looks like the Senator will try to work out some RFE trough them as I've sent all the paperwork to his office.

I've worked so far with a Senator and a Congressman. The Congressman's replies are more accurate but they take longer and it's only a letter type of communication. The Senator's office is more reachable, and they reply instantly, but their info is somehow not up to date. I appreciate their help, but I guess they're overwhelmed with cases, and sometimes mix data, then I have to clarify and just adding more time and frustration. I must've spoken to them over 10 times already.

The Senator is a Republican, and the Congressman a Democrat.

I don't know if it is a good idea to work with both, as this might piss off NSC. Any thoughts here???
On top, the attorney is making his own inquiry as he got very upset that I've been working with a Gov. representatives on this. He also got upset when I told him about the missing docs, and in a way this implies that hi might have NOT properly prepared them - if only one digit in the A# got transposed for example, you can imagine what this would do.

On top, I got an email from FBI that my Name Check got cleared back Dec/Nov 2002, whereas the Senator's reply was that it cleared Sep 2004. I think I heard before that CIS reran some Name Checks with FBI. Has anyone heard of this???

Ic2003,

This is really scary...maybe this explains why CSC are much faster than NSC... :D I think NSC shridders are not as fast as CSC.

Sounds pretty familiar: US Dept of State lost my file. Yeah, they lost it, and I have a feeling that my lawyer is a very hard working guy that doesn't have guts to do something about it. I mean he is working on reestablishing the file, but my personal opinion is that he is just too nice. Well, keeping my figners crossed that I have better luck this time. Good luck with your case. :)
