NSC is messed up

RFE 10/10/01. (Complete my wife\'s medical and employement verification letter)
RFE received at the center 11/10/01

The automated message says that my 485 was approved on Nov 17 2000. It says for my wife that it will take 300 days more.

Can somebody explain what\'s happening? How long should I wait after the RFE?
