Oh come on
I saw at least five or six approvals in September RD, including mine. Why don\'t you check the board here and see the approvals, instead just believing what the congressman or IIO says.
NSC or other centers might be processing RD even in 99 some times, for some odd, reason those that have been left behind. But that doesn\'t mean they are that behind in all cases.

Few approvals posted on the web does not mean that majority cases are in the same range. I know for fact many friends in JULY 2000 RD still waiting.
Also, there are some MAY 2000 RD and earlier cases also pending and some AUG 2000 RD also approved, but the MAJORITY of cases worked on by NSC as of TODAY are JULY 2000 RD.
