I think INS issues LIN# based on ND. Mine was received on 07/07, they sent a notice on 07/27 with a LIN# as 219 too.

Thanks. BTW, what is the date stated on the AVM mesg.

My case, dates on paper notice is 8/7/00 and 8/28/00, but the AVM says 8/26. lin is 00-245

Same here. Mine was received on 07/07/00(on the receipt), however the RD on the AVM is 07/26/00 with a ND 07/27/00. I have seen several cases like this (inconsistence between AVM and notice). Hopefully they will consider the \'real\' receipt date.
