status of FP notice

MY RP date 7/17/01 and ND 9/5/01
i haven\'t got my FP letter till now but lots of other people haveing RP after me has got FP???? So whats the latest news ???????

Finger Printing - A message from my Lawyer

My RD 06/01, ND 07/15. EB3 India.
I just received an email from my attorney regarding my FP issues.
This is her words, please do let me know how far this is true.
"I was just speaking with an INS officer at the Nebraska Service Center and inquired about your fingerprints. The officer told me that fingerprint notices are supposed to be issued closer to the adjudication time i.e. they don\'t want fingerprints to be done way before the I-485 can be approved. So he said that the people who have received their fingerprints already are an error and they will have to redo them.

According to him if fingerprint notices are not issued within 1 year from date of receipt of the I-485, send a reminder to INS. Until then there is no need to be concerned."

Hi I got my FP Notice today in mail. My RD is SEP 14th 2001. FP Notice recieved on 11/30/2001. Scheduled for 12/28/2001.

EB2/RIR. Not sure exactly how long it takes after FP. But i was told anytime between 2 and 6 months.
 
Fingerprint question

Does anyone have info on fingerprinting waiting times? I am a USC and filed I-130,I485, I-765 and all the others required for my husband in Portland Oregon in 2/01. Also what do the letters (rd fp etc.)and dates signify? We filed thru the NSC. Thanks in advance. Please email at claurido@open.org

Finger Print rejection - 2nd time-Please Help

My finger prints rejected for the 2nd time because it\'s not clear.
Actually I have very poor finger prints in my hand. Do anyone here know what is the alternative?
