NSC EB1-OR I-140/485 (Nov-Dec 2006) Tracker

Thanks guys. Sure I understand, any activity is better than no updates at all. Now if only my I485 too gets a LUD and Approval notice the same day Any RFE may again send processing down the drain. A friend of mine got his I140 approved in 2 months, RFE on I485 in the next week about medical exam, replied within 2 weeks, and since then, nothing! (oct'06, TSC).

EB1-OR: At least there has been some activity in your 485... I can understand your anxiety as a result of that. Mine is worse. No activity at all since october (actually received mid-september). No LUDs till date after "receipt date". Dont know what to make of that!!! Not sure whether it makes you feel any better... I just would be happy to see some activity rather than none

NSC processing dates says they are processing I-140 received in Nov 06. You have not heard anything on u r I-140 yet? Surprising.
In my case I would have got APPROVAL on I485 if there was no such massive movement in PD. I believe NSC is working on all I-485 submitted by EB2 and EB3 whos PD will be current from June 1.

My comments were about my 485. My 140 got approved mid-April (non PP).

I would be surprised if NSC, or any SC for that matter, go into to overdrive mode for anything . They may take their own sweet time come rain or sunshine. Having said, as mentioned earlier, NSC does seem to be moving along nicely, defintely for Eb1b. Have to give credit to them for pushing the dates that well.
