Yes, it was a paper file and I was very surprised. My 3rd EAD was filed on 3/16 and was approved on 5/6 and I applied for my spouse on 5/21 and it says it's approved on 6/8
 
My wife got EAD/Advance Parole approval - NSC

My wife got EAD/Advance Parole approval on June 10. My company didn't apply for mine.

Congrats for approval,

I did receive RFE on EAD and AP both,so I am thinking might be for photos and not anything major.

needed color photo ID

RFE for EAD says

"The service requires identity documents photocopied that clearly shows the facial features of the applicant and the biographoical information.Standard Black and White photocopied cdocuments do not meet this requirment so it may be prudent to submit COLOR photocopies slightly enlarged from original........."

So if anybody recently filing the EAD please provide color or clear [with photo option]black and white copies to avoid further delay.

Any EAD/AP approvals of reciept date of 04/16/2004

Hi All,
I applied 140/485/EAD/AP with concorrent processing and the reciept date is 04/16/2004 for all the applications. I did my FP on 06/03/2004 and it have been updated on 06/09/2004.

I am waiting for my EAD/AP approval.
Did anyone got approval for 04/16/2004 reciept date for first EAD/AP. Please post your details.

My case:

ND: March 29, 2004. From online I was told that it has been approved on May 25th, 2004, but I have not received approval notice and card. Does anybody have similar experiences?

How long to wait ?

I have RFE on AP and EAD : for color copies of passport , 9 th June.
We have sent response : on June 16,2004.
CIS received :eek:n June 17,2004.
Case status date updated : June 21,2004
No change in status ????????

How long it takes for RFE response to be approved ??????
 
Did anybody get his EAD renewal with ND after April 22, 04?

Hi, I have not received my EAD card by today (June 25th, 2004) even it was approved on May 25th, 2004.
