My EAD was approved on Aug 9th.Just received automated mail.

ND is May 28th,2004.
RD is June 1,2004.
AD is Aug 9th,2004.
Nebraska Service Center.

Have you applied concurrently? When you did FP? Any development on I-140?

My 140 is approved last yr and 485 RD is July 2003.This approval is for EAD renewal at NSC.

common maaan...renewals are done pretty fast..I am waiting for my fresh EAD june 16th is my ND..when can I expect it!!??

Guys any idea!!??

congrats dude, U were little later than mine. mine rd may 19th, got approved on july 28th. It makes sense. Lets wait for I-485 , what's up with minn_labour lately, no messages from him
 
The RFE is also may come in the same time.....or if it RFE they will send you fast!!??

Now I am already 60 days finished..can I expect my EAD..No RFE!!?!?

maverickvasu, did u get into a new job? minn_labour is active in the forums.Seeing his posts. Last heard about his EAD approval along with urs.

Which June 16th. I understand its Jun 16th 2004. Have you done FP? You got your first FP notice? Is your case is concurrent after 30th April 2004.

If all these answer 'yea' then your case and my case has simmilarities. I too applied I-140 and I-485 together in June 17th 2004 from Nebraska center.

here is my situation......

I filed all 140/485/ead/ap on May 25 th 2004 ...but i dont know fortunately or unfortunately my 485 got rejected because of less check..on june14 th 140 got approved..my lower send the check with correct amount for 485 on june10 2004 (RD) and ND is june 16th 2004..I am now waiting for EAD/Ap also...No FP up to now..

Can you tell me what is my situation now!!??

Guys tell me your openions......!!!

Hey Satula,

You remembered hna.... yeah I lost job , then i found nice company in detroit, he got me an 3 year project in virginia, in Volkswagon automotive project. I was going to go. then all of a sudden, this guy from our consulting company,went to India for 2 weeks vacation and he suicided. We both worked on a big project. so they called me back for his replacement. so I got back and stuck here again.Man but his employer is killing me , he is not paying me properly, he gives 2 -3 weeks late every month. I am not just happy ,but no choice until I get the GC.

yeah I have seen minn_labour in some other posts. Thanks man

I have posted my info in another thread (EAD/AP thread) but would like to post here too because of the Date service center similarities:
I140 RD: 01/27/2004
I140 RFE: 04/28/2004(around that date)
I140 RFE reply sent: 06/30/2004
I485/EAD/AP RD: May 19 2004
Nothing happend till now...No EAD..NO AP...NO FP..NO 140
Added to this my H1 seventh year extension RD: 4/28/2004. NO news yet.
Any Ideas?

I am just here waiting for my I-485 approval. Hopefully I might not have to go for a second EAD renewal.

Vasu, I don't think I have ever mentioned my gender to you. I am not sure why you just "assumed" that I was a "he" or a "she".

Just a piece of advice..never assume things on the internet. I will just leave it at that.

Sharing my case. Anybody in same boat?

140/1485/AP/EAD:- ND: June 10th 2004 (concurrent filing in one envelope from Nebraska)

FP done: July 15th 2004
EAD approved: August 10th 2004

Waiting for I140/I485 & AP
