NSC EAD/AP Renewal - What other docs to send?

Hello All,

It is time for us to file for our 3rd EAD/APs. I am sending the following docs to NSC - anything else that you can suggest for sending along?

1. Cover letter
2. 2 photos each for EAD and AP, passport style with white background
3. Checks ($175 for EAD to "immigration and naturalization services" and $165 for AP to "US dept of homeland security")
4. Completed 765 and 131 forms
5. Copy of 140 approval
6. Copy of 485 receipt
7. Color copy of first/last page of passport, visa page, I-94 front and back, drivers license, old EAD
8. Birth Cert
9. Marriage Cert

2. 2 photos each for EAD and AP, passport style with white background and write your A#, Name DOB at back of photographs with pencil3. Checks ($175 for EAD to "immigration and naturalization services" and $165 for AP to "US dept of homeland security") you can write both the checks to "US dept of homeland security"
4. Completed I-765 and 131 forms
5. Copy of 140 approval
6. Copy of 485 receipt
7. Color copy of first page of passport that has your photograph, Name, DOB on it

/last page of passport( last page is not needed), visa page( send it enlarged Visa page),
8I-94 front and back,
9 COLOR Copy drivers license,

10 copy of old EAD( both the sides)
8. Birth Cert(not needed)
9. Marriage Cert ( needed for spouse EAD or AP)
*** Send the TOP mailer that you recieved with your earlier EAD with form I-765 for EAD renewal

* you can attach the copy of past AP with form I-131 for AP
** if you are also sending for your spouse in same pakage then Make separate checks for each application and the documents for each applicant should be separate use the Clip and make then separate in the envelope and write cover letter for each application and mention what is enclosed you should sign your cover letter and your wife must sign her cover letter with Name, Address, A#

NSC has diffrent address for EAD(form I-765 ) and diffrent address for AP
EAD application should be sent to:

AP or form I-131 should be sent to:

U.S. Department of Homeland Security
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

Lincoln, NE 68501-7131
