NSC AVM ssytem never

hi All,
I don\'t know it is usal or unusal @ NSC.They have send me REF on Jun 16th.My attorney got it and we have replied that ref to NSC.
But for AVM messages it alwasy say 370-400..
I noticed that the AVM was never udpated for me after they send me REF?
LIKE WE HAVE MAILED YOU ..BLAH..BLAH...
REF was about B\'certificate.
CAN I ASK YOU GUYS IS THIS NORMAL OR SOME UNUSUAL?
ANY HELP......then HELP

NSC is terrible in updating AVM. My EAD was approved...AVM was never updated.

Please post your PD, RD, ND, EB Category and Country which will benefit all.
