NSC--AVM says 440 -490 days for I485 processing as of 04/05/01 after 6:00PM

Hi!
From what I have heard they keep reducing the number of days when the work load decreases ie; when they have managed to adjudicate cases at a rapid pace. Thats my take...But who knows its the INS..they do as they please.

It seemed that NSC is trying to improve itself after all these years of idling. Now that they officially changed processing time to 440-470, they have no reason to stop I485 processing. I guess I485 is NSC\'s priority this year, at least for now.
So, all NSC waiters, let\'s keep our faith, and wish NSC the best, we will get what want some day...

it is no more than cliche! see how many RD 3/00 and 4/00 got approved here! but when I called IIO, guess what? he told me what I told him is INCORRECT! (sounds I lied to him) and they are still processing 8/99. so...

AVM was just updated yesterday. So, I don\'t think all IIOs have been updated yet. Bear with them,the way they work is not like what you think.

Look at the Tracker on this board, go figure out yourself.
