Past couple of months I have been trying to use this number to get EAD status. L just hear the busy tone always. Is there any other number I can use? Would appreciate if any one who had success in using this number please let me know.

But you have to keep on trying.. I was successfull couple of times when I tried at around 3.00 PM in the afternoon

Hi, yes its the correct number. If you are just calling to check status, call after 8pm or sth like that.

If you wish to speak with an IIO, from my experience, just keep trying. The IIOs I have spoken to have been very friendly and helpfull.
