The immigrationwatch.com shows some pattern of approval in April. It basically confirms some discussion we have seen that NSC is touching cases prior to dec 2002. As you can see they are sweeping from Jan to Nov 2002 in cylces, and probably approved those with security check cleared, otherwise put back in the queue for next cycyle. Is there anyone approved with RD between Sept. and Nov 2002 here in this forum? It is strange that rupnet shows very few approval, unless we indeed represent a biased sample of all applicants ;)
 
Looking at rupnet

Looking at rupnet, one can judge for employment related cases, till NOW --- June 1st is a cut-off for bulk of the processing. Atleast from rupnet, I can find very few cases touched after June 02. As of now there are 35 approvals and 53 RFEs for May 02 (out of total of 106). For June 02 (out of total of 81), there is only 1 approval and 6 RFEs.
 
So how much out of total 485 is EB? According to official date of USCIS, the only competing category is refugee granted 1 year ago, other category is either in 2000 or already 2003. SInce we are looking at approval in 2002, i think most of data on immigrationwatch is for EB. unfortunately I don't know how to verify the lin numbers shown at immigrationwatch, or tell if it is EB.
