EAD and AP still under processing.

Ask your attorney to call service center and find exactly where is your file like is it assigned to any officer or is it in security check ……..after finding out this info ask your attorney to contact LAISON (it is a association for attorney) they take care cases like this….and you will get your answer very fast……

Substitute labor

Is it Normal at NSC that I-140 takes around 5-6 months for substitute labor case. My case was filed Dec,2002 (RD 12/06/02)
and still no feed back from NSC regarding I-140 or EAD. I filed I-140/EAD/I-485/Travel Doc all together.

Can anybody tell something about this kind of case:confused:

EB2/NON-RIR

Approval Date: 4/7/2003. It took me 7 months.
