Hi Guys,
 I checked the AVM message yesterday, and to my surprise, myself and my wife\'s 485 cases were approved as of 01/22/2002.

RD 08/30
ND 09/20
RFE 11/23
AD 01/22/2002

Hello,

     Lin Number please and tell about your birth certificate format, because I am worrying about my Birth certifates which is taken in 2000 but I born in 1970.

LC took 2 years
I140 took 8 months
Could not file I485 because I140 apprvd 4 days after PDs

Hi ,
 My RFE was for the Birth Certificate.
Actually, my parents got the Birth Certificate in 2000, but the english version of it did not have my name on it. So I was asked to submit 2 affidavits stating that I was born on the date said and that my name was as said in the application.

Talk to your lawyer and get his opinion on what he has to say. They have done so many cases, that they will be able to tell whether you need to get affidavits of not.
