fp 01/09/01(along with fp notice was yellow form)
mailed yellow form to nsc on 2/26/01 by the employer
Called nsc four times in the last three weeks on EAD renewal, Advance paroll.
Approved date 05/07/01(IIO said that mine and my wife\'s were approved today, will post more details once i receive the approval letter and pp stamping)

Congrats unknow!, I assume you did not get RFE. Can you please tell how you submitted your birth certificate. Was it obtained recently from Govt, affidavits,etc. Thanks.

no, i didn\'t receive rfe other than yellow form at the time of fp. I took the date of birth certificate from my town recently. When filing 485, we sent affadavits from my mother, father and uncle(US Citizen), later with the yellow form sent the original dob certificates for me and my wife.

Good thinking!! and you are rewarded for it. I did receive RFE for BC. I sent copy of it without affidavits. Now I am afraid that I will get another RFE for BC registered recently!
Gurus? Any thoughts on this.
