NSC-05/01/05- Where are the approvals?

NSC official dates jumped to 05/01/05. However, I have not seen any approvals for long.. even from non-retro countries. I wonder where all the approvals have gone or the dates are just number churning...

This is much better than having the dates not moving at all. Atleast this way we can call their bluf and question what the heck is happening with our applications! I can't wait until the dates move 30 days past my receipt date so I can officially hear that our applications are pending the FBI name check :D

I called the 800 number today. My Rd is april 12; so I was 12 days short of 30 days. The lady reminded me that and told me to call again sometime later when it gets past 30 days. Hopefully, after 15 days NSC proceessing date will be Nov 1 and I can get an explanation then.

I'm not too greedy. I hope they come back with 9/15/05 processing date! This should be enough for me :D

USCIS maintains that they do 3500 fresh GC approvals every day... across all there centers....

Only a small percentage of people visit this forum -- so I guess we do not see all 3500 guys posting there approvals.

Check this out :

I-485 status

Guys, my I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending for a year now(EB3), receipt date Oct 22,2004.

Myself and wife have done FP once in Dec 2004, but no update on I-485 since then. What option did you select when you called the 800 no., the automated message always tells you that the customer representative will provide the same information as that shown in the website for your case. Since my I485 is well beyond the processing dates I know I can enquire about status of my case, but due to the visa bulletin news for the priority dates moving back are they processing these cases ??

What should I expect after my Fingerprinting ?? Please share your experiences, I am planning to use AC21 and want to work out my options/risks. Appreciate your comments.
