sanjose72, looks like we both are sailing on same boat!!! My FP given date is almost same like you and I see no LUD change yet :confused: Btw, my filing dates are also closer to yours. Lets pray together??

Hi All,

Should I be concerned that I havenot yet got my FP notice!.

Mine is EB2 concurrent submitted on July30, 2004.

Another friend of mine submitted on the same week already got his FP done and many in this thread have got FP notice in a month or so.

Wondering about my FP!.

Please share your thoughts..

1> Date of Filing for Labor with the state Guys
2> Date of Approval of Labor with state Guys
3> Date of Approval of Labor with Fedral Guys.
