Now you can Check your case status Online

It's not all that cool....

'Cos, it doesn't reflect your real status. We've got our FP done on 09/16/02.

But still the online status says that my I-485 application has been received. And other standard blah, blah, blah....That's it.

It doesn't say FP has been scheduled, or done or any latest status.

Any body has similar status ?

Outdated Status from AVM

Same with me. We finished our FP on Aug 8, 2002.

However the status shows as "Your I485 APPLICATION TO ADJUST TO PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS was received on July 05, 2002. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 420 and 450 days for us to process this kind of case."

I am planning to call the IIO to get the status on our FP.

Same here. Nothing changed in the message before/after FP. I guess NSC just does not bother to change the message. I will call the FBI number first to check whether the FP result have been sent to the INS next week.
