Tracking RFEs

Could you add a feature which would be

- Create a new view to see only RFE cases in one particular processing center.

- For RFE cases you could add the following columns
   - RFE Received
   - RFE Replied
   - AVM Updated
   - RFE Reason

So many people are getting RFEs these days and this will be useful.
