they asked me to come with
2 photos, I94 and passport



i guess this is for passport stamping??


in order to get the real GC will i need to provide more

things to them?/ or is it automatic from here on out


and when u have to renew ur GC what do u need then??

Your plastic card process starts with stamping. You will get that soon enough.

But really to answer - Now I have GC what next -

Next - live life, and realize that not having GC wasn't your problem, and having a GC isn't the end of them either. The real problem is your attitude, that is .. if you ever had a problem.

silly man is right - gc is very liberating - but now its all up to you - and that can be scary. Up to now you can blame anything on lack of green card - now you are a part of the free world and your success or lack thereof is dependent on one thing only - that is YOU. i mean if i can get my company to transfer me to india

but retain my salary??


or since i am AC21 can i quite my current company

and start something in india.

I guess you can now be philosophical about this. Maybe, I will be saying the same once I get my GC.
