Now "background security check" pending

Hey Gurus,

Based on reply from Mr. Williams my FBI Namecheck is cleared but recently I got information from my congressman representative that 'background security check is still pending'. What is your take on this guys ? Am I in another sink hole of background security check ??

Email Letter format to Mr Williams to check Name Check Status?

Hi,

Can anyone of you please post an email letter format to Mr Willaims to check the FBI namecheck status and his email address. My case is pending for Name check with FBI since Jan 2005. My I-140 was not approved yet, and my attorney has concurrently filed under EB2 category at CSC on Nov 19, 2004. Thanks for your help.
