November Visa Bulletin

EB3 India will move at a snail pace (if at all it moves) until mid of next year.

After that there will be a considerable movement.

This is what I heard from a couple of attorneys as their speculation.

Any explanation for that?

Trackitt.com is the place for speculation and guessing. There is no point in thinking about what the bulletin will looks like. It will be what it will be.

Should be released very soon. Looks like they are cooking something. May be some surprise forward moment for EB3 folks.

Lets hope for best.

Here are the I-485 cut off dates for the month of November

EB-2: June 1st 2003
EB-3: October 1st 2001

Not encouraging signs for future visa availability. Read below

D. EMPLOYMENT VISA AVAILABILITY
The level of demand being received from Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) Offices indicates that they have a significant amount of cases with priority dates that are earlier than the established cut-offs. This is likely to result in slow forward movement of the cut-off dates for most Employment categories during the next few months. Sudden changes in the CIS demand patterns could result in fluctuations in the monthly cut-off dates, and retrogressions cannot be ruled during FY-2009.

Hi Friends,

Looks like EB3 not going anywhere, they not even moving couple of months from last 3 years...

We never know when it will move for EB3,

any news or rumors are welcome...

Thanks...

Not everybody here is an Indian. Please remember that people from other countries read these posting as well. The priority date of Oct 2001 for EB-3 workers is only for Indians. The rest of the world is actually moving way faster. It is currently standing at May 2005 which is 4 months improvement over the October Visa Bulletin.
