November Visa Bulletin Is Out

Sorry to hear India didn't progress in the month of November. But these things will happen. I believe India jumped 6 months recently and slowing down now is expected. From now India will probably move a month or two each bulletin. Just pray India doesn't retrogress. China's F4 retrogression set me back 8 months, and its just starting to go back to where it was 4 months ago. Best of luck, be patient, F4 is a long process.

P.S. Are you to the beneficiary of the I-130 petition or is your father/mother? If you are the child of someone being petitioned, do you mind me asking your age?
 
i didnt really think tht family based categories would retrogress, didnt know tht it already did for china. yes india did move 6 months in september. in october a month, and in november = 0 days. sux. whens ur pd again? mines oct 1999. haha and the dates right now are august 1995. wow , its a never ending ride.
my mothers the beneficiary, and my uncle applied for her and us. im 18 yrs old. whyd u ask?
 
My PD is 4/97. I asked about your age because since you are not the beneficiary and your mom is that means the I-130 is intent to immigrate as a family to the US. You said you are 18 years old and your PD is in 10/99, did you look into the fear of aging out before you get your interview?
 
no. my cousin said he filled the case in a way tht the ages remain same for everyone. the file remains frozen until the visa numbers r available. i dunno how? but thts wht he says. and hes smart. so i believe him. if not then whtever. its not like lifes any good anyways. :eek:

as someone that aged out I'd like to know if this is even possible. I believe your cousin was given the wrong information or maybe the message got distorted before it reached your ears.
 
i dont know, i talked to him and he says the file is frozen, so whtever my age was in the year 1999, will remain tht way. i dont know, the ppl at the office told him this. i havnt heard about this from anyone. so i dont know, but i still trust him. besides my bro n sis r over 21 already, but the files frozen, so the aging out doesnt affect us. also im also not going to check the visa bulletin from now, well atleast when im not in college, because for november it moved 0 days and i got all depressed and sad. so ill save myself from tht, and hopw u guys would too.


i guess we will find out what happens about aging out when pd becomes current in 2-3 years. :eek:
