Yes, EB2-NIW are now September 26th.. I hope this means something!

I think this is written in terms of the rate of processing rather in terms of how much they have actually processed.

That is, it is a velocity measurement not a position measured.

Looks like they processed 2 month worth of I-140s in a month. Lets hope they are trying to reduce the backlog.
