Hi Guys,

Please post November I-140 (ND in November) details here.

Does any one have idea why we are seeing the approvals randomly, I mean Nov 26 ND case is cleared first and Nov 2nd case is cleared later. And there are many cases yet to be cleared in between as per the postings here.

Any idea how does the INS pics the applications?

cheng, you should be approved any time now, as we \'ve seen 02-047-xxxxx and 02-048-xxxxx being approved. Maybe somebody is taking a second look at your EB1 category but with no RFE so far you should be O.K.
Mine is EAC 02-049-xxxxx - waiting!
 
no EAC no and check status ??

what is your notice date ?. mine was 11/26. I don\'t know my eac no as my lawyer doesn\'t give such information. If we don\'t have eac no ,can we anyway find the status ?

Hi Kmurthy, you can ask your bank find out the encashed money $115 for INS, on the cornr of the check you should know your EAC nr.
