November Bulletin is OUT!!!!!!!!

Cannot believe on the 5th of October, November Bulletin is out!
And F1 is 8th of December,2001. At least its moving, not like before...

Why then F3 is only 2 weeks? What happened? It was jumping like crazy last 3 months?

I have waited six years. Finally this month I get FP-1 quota. Close to cry. After next month, I have another 9 months, may be more, to wait for my gc interview.

How do you know it takes so long to get an interview after your priority date become current? I heard it depends on the load at consulate..you could get interview within 2 weeks.
