C. THE DIVERSITY IMMIGRANT (DV) CATEGORY RANK CUT-OFFS WHICH WILL APPLY IN DECEMBER

For December, immigrant numbers in the DV category are available to qualified DV-2025 applicants chargeable to all regions/eligible countries as follows. When an allocation cut-off number is shown, visas are available only for applicants with DV regional lottery rank numbers BELOW the specified allocation cut-off number:

No changes except Oceania and North America for December 2024. It's getting annoying...

Absolutely, but I guess I raised my expectations after seeing 6k in October and then no changes for three months, I am now stressed a bit. My number is around 23k so I shared my negative feelings.

Yeah, this is an unusual progression based on previous years' bulletins, right? Seems fair to be unhappily surprised at that.

Since you're referencing previous years' VBs, how about taking a look at the number for October from those years also.
