If your case number is under cut off numbers in this chart, it means your CN is current and you could get an interview (if you are DQ as well).

Ideally in a normal year, most of the people whose number is current would get interview date, that's what this table means. but this year is not a normal year and interviews did not start in October at all. only a few interviews are scheduled in December.
