Also I found that PRIORITY DATE on all of my receipts (485/EAD/AP) are missing. Anyone noticed the same problem on your guys' receipts? Is it normal?

BTW, I can't talk to the f*** lawyer either.

Received Receipts for I485/I140/EAD Concurrent filing

Thats what my HR told me today after she spoke to my lawyer. My lawyer doesn't talk to me, Strange but true.

Don't know the notice date. HR says lawyer received the receipts and will fax them over to me.
 
Got my I485 and EAD receipts today (1/6/03).

Sent Nov 27
INS received Nov 29 (Fedex tracking)

Recieved dates: 11/29/02
Notice dates: 12/30/02

but the lawyer said in the email he has not received 140 and my AP.I am trying again to talk to him but he hasn't replied they r horrible they recieved the reciepts on dec 28 and eventhough i was asking them that time they didnt tell me and then on jan 3
they emailed.

I am also bothered about this 140 receipt and AP ,I realaly need to go to india.
Also there are no indications that he is going to sen us the receipts he does not even reply for many days.

its frustrating.........

Still haven't received her I-485 Receipt.

Nov 17th was a sunday, so wondering if that could have delayed the process.

Any ideas?
 
not received 485 receipt yet!!???

Mine is a concurrent filling, Sent for 485 on 19th Nov 2002, INS received them on 20th Nov 2002, but I havent received the 485 receipt yet (vermont center). Looks like other folks who sent after me have received, wonder why mine has not come yet. Anybody has anything to say?

Hello gccouple and all:

Neither have I received the I-485 receipt (of my wife's case). INS received my application on a Sunday. Wondering if that could make a difference? Any ideas?

Also I am wondering, maybe INS is trying to tie up my wife's case with my application (the RD of which was Oct 2nd 2002). This also might be delaying the case. My wifes application was filed after 2 months. In the meantime, I did my FP also.

Hoping to receive soon.....
 
Loooong wait 485 RECEIPT

I am also waiting for 485 receipt.INS received application on 11/22/02 and i have received FP notice but no 485 receipt.

just wondering does any one know how to contact INS in case of
lost 485 receipt.I tried calling VERMONT (8025274913 )centre but no luck.I guess going in person is the only way.

Friends please help by sharing your views ?

An update and a correction:

My wife's:
MD: 11/23
RD: 11/25
ND: 01/06

Very glad to receive I-485 receipt today (01/16). This was an EB3 derivative case.

I guess we need to be patient.

Help2: For FP, maybe you don't need the receipt.
 
My details (concurrent filing = I140/I485/EAD/AP)

MD = 11/06/02
RD = 11/07/02
ND = 12/04/02

FP = 01/14/03 done

Approved ( according to INS online status)
EAD = 01/10/03
AP = 01/14/03

I have not received the EAD and AP. How long will they take to prepare the EAD Card and mail to me?

Could you please provide us with your partial receipt number.

I am planning to book my tickets and so want to know approximately when to book my tickets.
