Case approved

Hi,
Finally my case from Neberaska center approved on i received a letter on saturday when i check the voice mail it said case approved on 21st Feb.

ND 30th Oct'2001
RD 23rd Nov'2001
Approvel date is 21st Feb 2003

Well I did not get any RFE I was with the same employer and it was under EB2 Category.I really don't know what they people saw.Immigration site still shows 08/01/2001

RFE Issued

I wonder if this is good news or bad news ... But I have an RFE requiring evidence of status since July 2002.

Amazing that the INS would require this since I have been on EAD and AP since Aug 2001 and both those items were also approved by INS Nebraska.

Oh well let see what happens.
