Called Senator office. Senator office said Need to wait till Processing Date becomes your RD.

My look at all this ...Enjoy life as if there was no tomorrow.....if tomorrow GC comes then enjoy it. If not enjoy the day as u might not have other day.

Treat everyday as your last day in US and you'll find you can do a lot of things rather than just wait.
 
I don't know how to keep myself away from thinking about this. I think I am addicted. I need some sort of curing (may be approval)
 
Just heard back from the senator's office that my FBI name check has finally been completed and sent back to the NSC. OK, their excuses have been droped to "waiting for official processing time" only. Both my fingers and toes are crossed now. :)
 
Approved on March 2, 2004

My wife's and my passports were stamped on March 9, 2004.

I have contacted Senaotr's offices and one of them is very helpful and forwarded all information he got.

I was told that my name check was not done in March 2003. I think your case would be delay when your name check was not back on time.

I understood how frastruation when you saw so many later cases had been approved.

it is a long story. keep it short. I contacted Senator Hegal and Nelsen. The latter's office has been very nice. They forwarded all information they received from NSC.
