What are you hearing from your lawyers and peers regarding expected approval times?
My lawyer was saying only a month ago that their office had been receiving their I-485 approvals within 10 months from VSC and that at that rate, November RD cases should be approved no later than October.
But now judging from the Tracker sites on the web, it seems that even the Aug-01 guys will hardly be done this August, and Sep-01 guys will hardly be done in September. Are we going to wait till Thxgiving/Christmas for our cases?
Has things grinded to a halt at the INS or is it just that everyone on rupnet is on vacation and not posting their approvals?
