I did get the following message after i submitted my medical in Aug.
"On September 10, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."
I sent the RFI to the Lincoln office.My med was received by them 1 month late due to address change. They also sent me the RFI to my old address so medical over all took almost 3 months. I got the approval notice 1 month after they received my med . On Oct 13 I received the approval email and a week after that I received the approval letter by mail. I have not yet received my card. The approval letter says I can only contact them if 60 days has passes so I am just checking my mailbox everyday with a hope of getting it soon

Tell us your timeline (ND, RD, and other details).
Send your RFI to the address indicated on the RFI letter (I presume it is on the top right corner of the letter). Occassionally, they send a return envelop--if that is the case enclose your completed RFI and send it back. Make sure you use a registered mail.
