my I-140 has been approved on 3rd SEP,2003

I-140 -EB3 filed alone

Noticed date: 19th nov,2002

AD: 3rd sep,2003

Seems like VSC is done clearing backlogs ...

and is moving forward. can't wait to see them processing Dec.

I do not think they have done backlog clearance. I am still waiting for approval( ND. Sept 25, EB3 ). I saw at least 7 I-140 cases around my case still pending.. And I belive there are still many I-140 cases left with earlier Notice date.

i didn't mean that every single case is done, i think

they have cleared anough to free other officers to start working on newer ones.

Where are you guys tracking Nov-Dec 2002 I140 (EB3) - VSC?

Is there a site that is giving accurate information?

According to http://immigration.com, they are processing I140s from May 2003.

My Rcpt Date is Dec 31 2002.

I think u are checking at the incorrect place on immigration.com. If u look at the url above you will know where exactly to look up for your I-140 approval timing. Hope this helps..

What benefit anyone get by the congratulation post?. The message I posted is better than the congratulation messages. If everyone here fax/mail the petition to Congressman/Senator, then it helps everyone in GC process and Citizenship process. Congratulation message doesn't help anyone.
