If this is true, then it just confirms what we already know.
NSC is very incompetent, how can they move forward to November when we have most everyone from October still waiting?

FIFO is a myth in NSC. Looks like they are full of bloopers, a living nightmare of project management blunders. Any PMP certified folks want to take this challenge so that NSC could be more productive and efficient? Maybe someone can help them conduct a brown bag - " How to work according to RD priority?" :D :p
