Nov Pending cases tracker

Hi,
My RD is Nov 14,2001 and still waiting after second FP?

Are there more with this RD month?

According to rupnet, there are more than 100 cases untouched filed in Nov. Is that correct or am I missing something?

As far as I know, all 055,056 and 057 are majority pending cases which are not approved yet. Hope to hear soon.

Hi ,
When did U get your send FP notice ? Did U get the notice or Ur lawyer get it ?
In my case my lawyer doesn't respond as the company has not paid lawyer dues and I have changed m y address so many time, INS doesn't have latest.
Did your online message change ?

don't worry john u will get re-FP only expiry of 15 months after ur first fp....so keep tight ...some in nov got approvals on june 2 may be we r next

NOV 21, still waiting no RFE nothing at all, i called last time they said in JUN-20 till jun -30 your case will be assigned to an officer.

Sam 99 you are correct the EAC-02-057-5XXXX are having almost 50% untouched. I am running the script on this series atleast twice a week and found only 6 cases were approved in a sample of 1000 cases in one week. I have opened another thread to post the details...

I got my second FP done today (6/04/03). Let's see how long it takes for them to get the results from FBI, and then how long BCIS takes to find my file from the stacks of thousands of other pending files. I am bracing for at least a two month additional wait.
