Did you receive your RFE yet ? Can you tell me the content of it ?
INS told me they are sending the RFE on me, but I haven\'t
receive it yet.
 
Recieved RFE

I recieved my RFE today, it was just asking for a current employment letter which our company\'s admin is sending to the lawyer. Last week I checked with NVC and they said that they had sent my papers to Mumbai India, then I called the INS and an IIO told me that I140 for CP should not be a problem only thing is that it delays yr case by some time. Now I am not sure that since I have got an RFE whether the INS has got back my I140 or not.

Abhiyant, Have you written to your senator?

Man! you have been waiting for so long. I know you and I were in the same boat in NOV and DEC. I think you ahould write to your senator on this issue if you have not already done so.
