NOV Cases Approved as per my Lawyer!!!

could u pls confirm w/ ur lawyer tat those approvals are RD not ND?

a lot of Aug/Sep filers has Oct/Nov notice date...

I am of couse hoping they are truly Oct/Nov RD(s)...

Checked with my lawyer

Checked with my lawyer and she said that today they received a approval which had the RD of NOV 20th.
So guys HOPE for the best.

My family keep asking me about when I can get my GC and go visit them. I have been keeping tell them next year. My RD is March, 2002. So look like I finally can fullfill my promise to them. I know some one will say I can go home on AP, but I am reluctant to do so. Hope 485 processing time will really fly.

Don't worry guys, your time will come. I have waited 6 1/2 years for this and am finally done with it. Now I am free to go home and visit family members. Just like you, I was skeptical about using AP to go home, although at times, I was getting frustrated and thought of just going ahead with it. Luckily, I didn't have to. I wouldn't have enjoyed my vacation thinking about whether I could get back in to the US or not. No more worries, I got approved last week and will be stamping my passport later this week.
