Nov 2nd RD, I140 amendment.....

I got an RFE sometime in October and the RFE in response had 2nd Nov as the received date. Is there anybody with that old an RFE rd? Also since it has taken a really long time almost 50 days, is there any suggestion from anybody. Should I contact my senator/congressman? Please let me know if you had such an experience or know of somebody.

Rfe sep 7th for i140 redo
rd sep 28th nd oct 2nd 2000
i140 approved nov 30
i485 approved dec 8th.

Call IIo and sync up ur i140 and 485. They do that at least they did mine.
