I just checked online, an RFE is issued on APR15th.

Does anyone have an idea how long it will take to receive a copy detailing RFE.

My wife status remains the same.

Just don't worry, it takes a week for your lawyer to get the RFE...
I am not sure how far you are from you lawyer. Meanwhile get ready with latest paystubs, taxreturns for 2 years and an emp letter on your company's letter head detailing, your duties, remuneration and intent to continue you to work in future.
Since your wife did not get the RFE, its 100% you got emp related RFE.
