Gurus,

Did your LUD change for I-140 and/or I-485 in the month of Dec 03?

I am Dec 03 filer and mine did change for I-140 & I-485.

Same here...LUD changed on I-485 (12/09 and 12/10/04).

I do not think that make any sense.

I guess your LUD changes are due to your second EAD/AP, but your LUD for I-140 should be changed aslo. isn't it?

11/18/2003 case approved

I have seen a case of 11/18/2003 number 040335xxxx being approved today (1/6/2005) while running scanner for this date.

I agree. It may be for my second EAD. However I haven't got any news about my second EAD also....I think it was filed couple of days before 10/27/04.
