Nov. 2003 EAD application Approved

My Nov. 2003 EAD application was finally approved.

The reason why my case becomes interesting is the fact that my 485 notice date is WAC 02 - 043*** i.e. Oct/Nov 2001. Its under a "special security check". Just when my lawyers had given up on my cases and thought I will not have any more EADs and APs approved since my 485 is under special security check, I got my EAD approved.

It tells me 2 things

1- There is hope for my 485 AND
2- Lawyers (atleast mine) are just guessing about INS behavior and don't know squat about it.
 
Congratulations! An extremely unfortunate thing that you don't have your approval yet and have to keep waiting on these EAD's/AP's. But atleast it has been approved for another year.
