My dear friends:

I'm very happy to share this good news with all of you. After endless waiting, it fianlly comes to an end. Just got e-mail from USCIS, 140 has been approved today. Thank you all for your encouragement. Best wish to all of you :) :) :)

Congratulations of your I-140 approval. How long did it took to get an approval after RFE ?

Congrats!!

My lawyer just submitted my RFE today. Hopefully there is a good desicion very soon. My lawyer said that my RFE was totally not necessary.

Is it right to infer that NSC is processing roundabout Nov Dec 2003 for concurrent applications? Your I-485 approval will validate this. Please keep us posted when it happens.

I think you have got fastest approval after RFE response in 3 days. Right?

My ND is Dec 11, 2003. PD March 03. Guys, it's been a long wait. Congratulations to those who finally got approved after long wait. By the way, how long does it usually take for I-485 approval after I-140 is approved? I don't see anybody on this forum talking about interviews. Is it still required?

Thanks, guys. It took NSC 5 business to approve my case after they received my response for ref. don't care about 485 yet cause i'm from retrogression affected county. bmt, i will pray for you everyday and hope your 140 approval is on the way. :p

i don't know. i didn't checked my online status last week cause i think it will not happen that fast. it's a miracle that they approved my case after 5 days received the rfe. i'm suprised. finally someone showed mercy on 2003 filers.

I am really very happy especially for you. I remeber reading your frustated remarks about I-140 on this forum. I am in similar boat like your, Dec 03 filer, got approved in Jan 05 and changing job, this month, today is in fact last day at old job.
