Nov 2002 fileers ???

I did and online system says.. On November 19...
did not receive any mail.
when did u file ?

was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this

advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please

Did you make any query to the INS ,
Couple of things that I did was
I changed my Home address and had called the INS to change it - But this I had done 3 weeks ago.
Secondly , the receipt notice for my wife’s EAD and AP was not received by the lawyer and I was not sure if he had called them .
Is this a RFE ? .

The online message says "On Nov 1..."
Finally 30 days expired and yesterday I called up and asked them
to resend the status response.
My address change happened around June time-frame, this year.
The only consolation is....FP2 notices did arrive at our new residence,
though the address had the wrong town name. They arrived bcoz of right
street name & zip code.
The other good news is..any RFE/approval and other imp notices do come
to attorney.
Status response is junk anyway...so worst case, I don't get the mail,
I still may be OK.

I told you that status inquiry will initiate activity! At least the dust would have been removed from you files and it may see the hands of an adjudicator. I am prettry sure you will hear something from them in the next 2-3 weeks! Good luck!
